Loft factory to be the biggest in the world, but there’s still a lot to do

Loft factory owner Simon Pannell will spend $3.5 billion to build a 100,000-square-metre facility in central Sydney.

Key points:Simon Pannel’s investment will be worth about $1 billion and take 10 years to completeThe building will have a capacity of 150,000 square metres and have a rooftop gardenThe facility will have capacity of up to 150,00 square metres (about 120,000 sq ft) and have an outdoor gardenThe building’s first phase, which is due to start in 2018, will be completed within five years.

Pannell, who has invested $1.3 billion to bring the $20 million facility to fruition, said the investment was in line with a $3 billion commitment he made when he bought the building in January.

“It’s a big deal,” Pannil said.

“When you build a new building, there’s a certain amount of infrastructure that you have to take into consideration and it’s been an ongoing project with Simon Panna.”

So it’s not just a project to get it done but it’s a project that’s going to benefit people and the community and it will also provide employment for people.

“There’s a lot of investment that has been put into this building and it has been a great investment.”

He said the building had a capacity for 150,001 square metres, with the rooftop garden available for a maximum of 15 people.

The building has a capacity to house 150,0000 people, and is set to have a new rooftop garden.

Mr Pannll said the project was the biggest building he had ever been involved in.

“I think this will be a landmark building,” he said.

Panna said the cost of the project had been covered by private sector partners, with private investors contributing the $3-billion investment.

“The whole project has been financed by private capital and private funding,” he told the ABC.

“We’ve invested a lot in this building, but we’ve also invested in the surrounding community and we’ve been working closely with local authorities.”

Mr Panna said it would take about 10 years for the new facility to be completed, and that it would be a “world-class facility”.

The building was originally intended to be built in 2007, but Pannella said the government did not renew the contract for that purpose, and he decided to build it this year.

“In the end, I feel we’ve done the right thing by taking the time and investing in it and we’re happy with the result,” he added.

“You can see the light at the end of the tunnel.”

Now we have the opportunity to have this building completed.
